Window Tinting Parramatta
Parramatta is Sydney's second CBD, full of office towers, new apartments and heritage homes. We tint all three, cutting glare on screens, heat in apartments and fading in older homes.

Window tinting in Parramatta
Parramatta has changed dramatically over the past decade. The CBD around Parramatta Square is now a skyline of glass office towers, the riverside is lined with new apartment buildings, and all of it sits alongside some of Sydney’s oldest streets and heritage homes. Each of these comes with its own window problems, and we tint all of them.
Offices and commercial buildings
Parramatta’s offices are full of floor-to-ceiling glass, which means glare on screens, hot desks near the windows and blinds that stay down all day. Our office window tinting service is designed for exactly this. We choose a film with the right glare reduction for how much sun your floor gets, from light ceramic films that keep the office bright to darker films for west-facing glass.
For the whole building, commercial window tinting can also reduce air conditioning load and give a uniform look from the street. We can work after hours or floor by floor, and coordinate with building management.

Apartments along the river and in the CBD
New apartments in Parramatta usually have large glass sliding doors onto balconies, often facing north or west. They heat up quickly and external shading usually isn’t allowed. Heat reduction film on the inside of the glass is often the best fix. Because most buildings are strata, the film needs approval first, and low-reflective films are the easiest to get through. Heritage and established homes
Around Harris Park, North Parramatta and Rosehill there are older homes with timber windows and character worth keeping. Window film goes on the inside of the glass, doesn’t alter the frames and can be removed later. A low-reflective film keeps the street view natural while blocking more than 99% of UV. See our residential window tinting page.
Medical and retail
With Westmead’s health precinct next door, there are many clinics and allied health practices around Parramatta. White opaque or frosted film gives consulting rooms full privacy while keeping them bright. Shops along Church Street benefit from low-reflective film that keeps displays visible while reducing fading.
